Some restrictions apply. Monthly fee does not include activation, applicable taxes, or surcharges. Package is for residential customers and includes: One (1) Home telephone line, Home flat rate switching charge, flat rate EAS, Canby Digital Television Essentials, Long Distance, High-speed Internet or Dial, and Long Distance plan minutes. Unused minutes are not carried over month-to-month. Additional minutes are billed at $0.06 per minute. Many factors affect speed provisioning. Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed.
The Unlimited Long Distance plan is available to residential customers with Canby Telcom’s local telephone service. Unlimited plan is designed for residential voice calls terminating within the US, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. The plan cannot be used for business or Internet access and does not include charges incurred for calling card service, calls to international exchanges, directory assistance or operator calls. A residential customer is classified as using 3000 minutes per month or less of long distance service. Usage may be monitored and the customer may be required to show compliance, discontinue service, or move to an alternative calling plan if compliance is not met.
