Find Me
Stay within reach with Find Me, the feature that lets you integrate up to six telephone numbers to ring at the same time or in a sequence. Find Me gives you the freedom to be on the go with the comfort of knowing your important calls will get to you whenever, wherever.
How to activate Find Me
- From any touch-tone phone call 503-651-FIND (3463).
- At the prompt requesting your subscriber number, enter your primary phone number including area code.
- At the prompt requesting your Personal Identification Number (PIN #), enter the temporary code 0-0-0-0.

The first time you call you will follow a series of prompts to record your name and change the PIN # to a four digit number of your choice. Your name must be recorded before the service can be activated.
Press [3] to record your name
Press [5] to change your PIN #
To repeat the menu of options press [0]
How to turn on Find Me
- From any touch-tone phone call 503-651-FIND (3463).
- Enter your subscriber number, followed by your PIN #.
- At the prompt, press [1] to turn on Find Me.
How to turn off Find Me
- From any touch-tone phone call 503-651-FIND (3463).
- Enter your subscriber number, followed by your PIN #.
- At the prompt, press [1] to turn off Find Me.
How to change Find Me settings
To change your call sequence, contact the Customer Care Center at 503-266-8111.
What happens when Find Me is on
When the service is on, calls placed to your number will ring your selected phones at the same time or follow the Find Me forwarding sequence set up with the CTA Customer Care Center. If you select a sequence, when the call is answered the service verifies if the answering party wants to accept or decline the call. Calls are accepted by pressing [1] and declined by hanging up. When the call is declined it will pass on to the next number in the sequence. This way, if a call is answered by someone else and you are at another location, it may be declined and will continue to locate you. Your callers may experience some lag time as the service follows the designated call sequence.
What happens when Find Me is off
When the service is off, calls will not forward but will ring as a normal telephone call.
