Free High-speed Activation with Self Installation
Canby Telcom technicians will activate your high-speed Internet access line. The work will be completed on the outside of your business or home and you will not need to be present when the activation takes place. You will also receive a self-installation kit containing a DSL modem, Internet software, one line filter, and step-by-step instructions. The instructions will walk you though the steps needed to install the modem, filters, and Internet software. Online or telephone technical support is available at no additional charge.
High-speed Activation With Custom Installation $65
For customer's interested in having the installation provided, we offer a custom installation option. In addition to activating the high-speed access line, a Canby Telcom Field Technician will deliver and install the modem, network interface card (NIC),* and Internet software on one computer. Before leaving, the technician will install line filters, configure your e-mail account, and verify Internet connectivity. If needed, additional online or telephone technical support is available at no charge.
*The NIC is an additional $20 if purchased from Canby Telcom.
